The LTMC HQ2000-S is a CNC busduct processing machine for forming and machining busbar trunking systems, built for busduct manufacturing, busway trunking and low-voltage distribution assembly. It processes copper (C11000/Cu-ETP) and aluminium busbars, with a working envelope up to 30×3-200×15mm. Repeatability is held across production runs and the machine integrates with CAD/CAM workflows for busduct manufacturing. It is built in a 20,000 m2 plant in Jinan, China with more than 100 machining units, with CE certification and IEC/UNE compliance, and exported to more than 50 countries with commissioning, operator training, spare parts and continuous technical support.
