The LTMC HQ400-1200B is a CNC busbar bending machine for flat, vertical and U-bending of copper and aluminium busbars, built for switchgear panels, medium-voltage cubicles and transformers. It processes copper (C11000/Cu-ETP) and aluminium busbars, with a working envelope up to 15×160mm, nominal pressure of 400 kN, gauge accuracy of ±0.15. Repeatability is held across production runs and the machine integrates with CAD/CAM workflows for switchgear panels. It is built in a 20,000 m2 plant in Jinan, China with more than 100 machining units, with CE certification and IEC/UNE compliance, and exported to more than 50 countries with commissioning, operator training, spare parts and continuous technical support.
